Happy New Year!!
This month brings a wide variety of activities to our students here at St. Linus.
Kindergarten will be continuing to develop catching and throwing skills.
First grade will be participating in "mini track meets." They will be running different races using the gym as a track. They will be running different distances and different types of races.
Grades two through seven will be starting floor hockey.
Grades two and three will be learning the basic rules of the game using the soft floor hockey sticks. Grades four and five will start playing using the bigger sticks while sixth and seventh start their league play.
Eighth grade will begin playing a basketball league where they will be responsible for officiating and keeping track of the scorebook.
