ANNOUNCEMENTS AND HOMEWORK FOR THE WEEK OF MAR. 22ND - MAR. 26TH

ANNOUNCEMENTS

The St. Baldrick's Day fundraiser is this Wednesday, March 24th.

As the third quarter winds down, students should be checking Engrade to be certain that all of their work has been turned in. I will accept missing work through this Friday, March 26th.

Spring Break begins next week!!! We have a half day on Thursday, no school on Friday, and we will relax until Monday, April 12th. It seems too good to be true!

The 8th grade students will begin reading The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch after Spring Break, and all students will prepare a Power Point presentation in which they present their own "last lecture" prior to leaving St. Linus. This will consume almost the entire 4th quarter, so it is important that this project is well done, and this project will be done in lieu of a 4th quarter book report.

*Although the novel is not available in soft cover, used copies are pretty reasonable if purchased through Amazon.

NJHS service hours are due on Friday, April 16th.

The money for the 7th & 8th grade Springfield trip is due on Wednesday, March 31st. (The date on the permission form is an error as it occurs over Spring Break.)
