Welcome! This blog will become your resource for what is happening in Room 16. I'll be updating it at weekly, sometimes more often if there is important news or information to share with you. For the moment, here is our weekly specials schedule:

Please note that gym shoes can only be worn on days that students are scheduled for gym or special dress down days, as announced.

We will have a quick snack each day. Please make sure your child has a dish towel to be used as a mat on their desk for snack and lunch.

Please send in a shoebox for a classroom project. Ideally, it should have a separate lid rather than a lid that folds over the top and be of a small size, but send in whatever you have around the house. Thanks!

Reminders:
I've reminded your children to make sure they use the bathroom at home before they leave for school. Many are asking to use the bathroom shortly after they arrive, just as we get into instructional time, and this can be quite disruptive. We do head to the bathroom 3-4 times a day as a group.

Please remember to send a snack and a dish towel to be used as a mat on your child's desk.

I'm looking forward to meeting you all at St. Linus Parent Orientation this Wednesday at 7 p.m. We will begin in Church, then proceed to the classroom. Hope to see you there!
